Diagnostic Phase
This phase is crucial to understand the current situation of the company in relation to its processes and procedures, a thorough comparison of the requirements of the standard must be performed in relation to the way employees perform their tasks. This phase will be subdivided into the following steps:
- Process Management and Implementation Phase
